FR-4 Epoxy Fiberglass Series

The FR-4 Epoxy Glass Fiber Series consists of laminated composite materials made from fiberglass cloth impregnated with flame-retardant epoxy resin and cured under high temperature and pressure. The “FR” in the name stands for Flame Retardant, making FR-4 one of the most widely used insulation materials worldwide. FR-4 offers excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and flame resistance, making it ideal for electronics, electrical, and industrial applications.
